The Isle of Axholme Internal Drainage Board has an office at The Gables Business

Court, Epworth, and directly employs six staff. The Rating Officer and Works Supervisor are both based at the Epworth office and there is one foreman and one land drainage operative in both the north and south of the Board's area.

Lindsey Marsh Drainage Board is employed to provide all administration, financial and engineering services as well as health and safety and environmental advice. Mr A. McGill (Chief Executive) and Mr D.J. Sisson (Engineer) are based in Manby.
